Position: Training & Outreach Director
Position Type: Exempt, Full-time, Salary in the low 40k's

The Training and Outreach Director position is a full-time, exempt, supervisory position in the low 40k's. In addition, we are currently offering a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus – with $250 provided at time of hire. Turning Point of Lehigh Valley offers health, dental, vision, 401K, life and disability benefits.

Primary responsibilities of this position include oversight and coordination of Turning Point’s training sessions for community groups and various professionals, new staff & volunteers, and coordination of community awareness initiatives. Requires the ability to inclusively and effectively present trauma informed information to a range of audiences through a variety of methods. This position manages legal, regulatory, and contractual compliance, ensures timely and accurate data gathering and analysis to improve Turning Point’s services, and collaborates with other community agencies to promote the mission of Turning Point.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience which includes training and communications, preferably in victim’s services, or related field. A minimum of two years’ supervisory experience with a working knowledge of human resource management principles. Bachelor’s Degree in public health, social work, education, or a related field is preferred. Must be adept at client database management. Preferred candidates will be fluent in English and another language. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Position: Human Resource Administrative Assistant
Position Type: Hourly, Full-time, non-exempt, $20./Hour 

The Human Resource Administrative Assistant position is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position currently pays $20.00 an hour biweekly. In addition, we are currently offering a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus – with $250 provided at time of hire. Turning Point of Lehigh Valley offers health, dental, vision, 401K, life and disability benefits.

The Human Resource Administrative Assistant assists management and co-workers in handling daily administrative office tasks, direct service activities, as well as performing administrative duties related to the operations of Human Resources. The Human Resource Assistant must have an entry level understanding of Human Resource competencies.

The successful candidate is flexible, responsible, sensitive to trauma and cultural diversity issues, and passionate about serving those experiencing abuse. We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of three years’ relevant work experience as an administrative assistant in Human Resources. A degree in HR, Finance, or Business Administration is preferred. Must be adept at client database management. Preferred candidates will be fluent in English and another language. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.

Position: Funding Compliance Coordinator
Position Type: Hourly, Full-time, non-exempt, $20./Hour 

The Funding Compliance Coordinator position is a full-time, non-exempt position. This position currently pays $20.00 an hour biweekly. In addition, we are currently offering a $1,000.00 sign-on bonus – with $250 provided at time of hire. The Funding Compliance Coordinator will work closely with the management team and external accountants to perform a broad spectrum of technical and administrative duties, including preparation of government grant proposals, invoices and fiscal and programmatic compliance reports. Prepares a wide variety of correspondence, documents and reports, to include policy and program development to support agency operational and strategic goals.

We are looking for a candidate who has a minimum of two years’ bookkeeping experience including accounts payable, receivable and maintenance of various supporting schedules and/or an Associate’s degree in accounting or business administration supplemented by courses in accounting Must be adept at client database management. Preferred candidates will be fluent in English and another language. Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
